TUITION PAYMENTS, RATES, AND POLICIES

Payments and registration are never to be handled by your child’s school or child care teachers or staff. In order to ensure your payments are received properly and promptly, payment and registration need to be directly with our office.

Payments  and registration can be sent to 2886 S 9th St Apt B, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. If you are mailing payment, the post mark will be the date applied to your payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for mailed payment or registration to reach our office and be processed. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Individual child $25.00

Family Discount (available to siblings living in the same household)

-Two children total registration fee: $40.00

-Three children total registration fee: $55.00

Monthly Tuition for weekly 45 minute class: $38.00

Family Discount (available to siblings living in the same household)

-Two 45 minute classes: $70.00

-Three 45 minute classes: $90.00

Teacher and Staff Discount (available to children of teachers or staff at the school or child care holding classes)

-Monthly Tuition for weekly 45 minute class: $30.00

Other Discounts

-Save 10% on tuition when you pay September-January or Feb.-May tuition in advance

-Save 15% on tuition when you pay the full school year’s tuition in advance

Discounts cannot be combined.

Private and Semi-Private Lessons:

-30 minute private lesson: $40.00 per lesson

-30 minute semi-private lesson with 2 or more students: $25.00 each student, per lesson

Class Meeting: Classes meet weekly, with scheduled breaks for holidays, school or day care closings, and winter and spring breaks. The monthly tuition is a flat rate and is not changed due to months with a 5th week, scheduled breaks, absences, or weather closings. If there is more than one class cancelled due to the weather, a make up class will be scheduled. Visit your child’s school or child care’s page for class schedules by clicking here.

Disenrolling from Class: If you are taking your child out of class, you must notify our office in writing no less than 24 hours before the class meets. You will still be charged tuition if you do not contact our office, regardless of attendance.

Delinquent Payment: Unless you have made a payment arrangement, once your account is past one month overdue, your child will not be able to attend classes until your account is paid in full. If there is a balance on your account, you cannot receive recital costumes or purchase tickets.
